What counts as an hour?

Only time while the simulator is running. Each running hour uses pack-hours by module class: mini , process units , large plant .

What happens when my hours reach zero?

You get a warning with 30 minutes left. At zero, your run autosaves and stops.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow our refund policy.

Who processes my payment?

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record, so the charge on your statement shows under Dodo Payments' name.

Are taxes included?

Prices are shown before tax. Any applicable taxes are added at checkout.
